  1. Visitor Appreciation Day at Pendarvis

    Jun 7, 2009   10 am-5 pm Pendarvis will show appreciation for its past visitors and to give new visitors an inexpensive entrĂ©e to the fun and excitement of Wisconsin history at a special early season discount — just $2 per person. This event coincides with a free-admission day at nearby Governor Dodge State Park.

  2. Midsummer Pub Night

    Jun 20, 2009   7-10 pm An evening of song and celebration of Midsummer's arrival takes place in the cozy confines of the Pendarvis Kiddleywink Pub. Enjoy live music and a cash bar featuring a variety of beer, wines and old-fashioned sodas.

  3. The Flavor of Wisconsin

    Jun 20, 2009   1:30-3:30 pm Terese Allen, author of the soon-to-be-released, revised and expanded Wisconsin cooking classic, The Flavor of Wisconsin, and a local chef will give a cooking demonstration featuring local foods. Allen, who revised the original book by Harva Hachten, will speak about the book project.

  4. Cornish Festival Pub Night

    Sep 25, 2009   7-10 pm The quaint Kiddleywink Pub in the rowhouse at Pendarvis offers a special evening with live music, a cash bar, and a variety of pub games. This event coincides with Mineral Point's citywide Cornish Festival.

  5. Crowdy Crawn

    Sep 26, 2009   Crowdy Crawn: noon to 4 pm; full tours from 10 am to 5 pm (last tours leave at 4 pm) Crowdy Crawn is a Cornish expression meaning "entertainment that is a mixture of things." Expect just that at Pendarvis on this Saturday. Visitors can expect a mixed bag of learning, lore and laughter that will include traditional domestic crafts and Cornish storytelling. Craftspeople will demonstrate such skills such as lace making, spinning and quilting. A storyteller will spin yarns of a different kind, recounting folk tales and legends that have endured for generations in Cornwall. This event coincides with Mineral Point's citywide Cornish Festival.
